These terms apply when you use the Merova Fit website, app and coaching services, made by Merova ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying from us, you agree to them.

Who can use Merova Fit

You must be 18 or older and give accurate details when you sign up. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.

Not medical advice

Coaching and subscriptions

• Plans and prices are shown on the website and in the app before you pay.
• Subscriptions give you access for the period you paid for. You can cancel from Membership plan in the app at any time; you keep access until the end of that period and are not charged again.
• Results depend on many things, including how closely you follow the plan. We do not promise a specific result.
• Live classes and calls happen at the booked time. Please cancel in the app if you can't make it.

Shop orders

Product details and prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Returns and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the service: no harassment in chat, no attempts to break into accounts or the system, no copying or reselling our plans or content, and no fake accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our content

Workouts, meal plans, text, logos and design belong to Merova Fit. You may use them for your own personal training only.

Liability

We provide the service as it is and work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Privacy screen in the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and tell you in the app about important changes. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
